Southern Lord Records has announced their signing of NYC’s legendary noise rock nihilists, Unsane. The label will release the band’s upcoming eighth studio effort ‘Sterilize‘ on September 29th.
The band self-produced the outing, which Andrew Schneider (Mutoid Man, Cave In) mixed. A summer tour in support of the effort has been booked with Fashion Week as support. More dates are expected to be scheduled, while the currently scheduled ones are below.
They include the AmRep Bash 17 in Minneapolis, MN on July 21st. There’s also a new video released last week from Unsane for their track ‘Fix It‘. To commemorate the event, AmRep is releasing a 7″ with two new UNSANE tracks. Check the video below!
