North Carolinian occult rockers Demon Eye have doled out a new ditty from their upcoming “Prophecies And Lies” album. The song “Dying For It” is a high energy rock number with overtones of proto-doom and classic heavy / hard rock elements.
In Demon Eye’s own words:
“It’s a hard charger with a bit of Voivod dissonance meets classic Dio. Lyrically, it represents the loud voices we hear in the world, those who make bold claims, but who ultimately would never put their lives on the line for anyone else.”
‘Prophecies and Lies’ is coming August 11th on Soulseller Records.
Demon Eye will a play a record release show in August with Captain Beyond with additional live performances to be announced in the weeks to come.
