Albuquerque, NM’s half heady, half high octane desert /psych /stoner rock outfit Red Mesa has launched an Indiegogo fundraising campaign for a very strictly limited run vinyl pressing. The vinyl, ‘The Desert And The Devil‘, will be regulated to a one-time run of 300 copies and once those are gone… well, they’re gone.
The campaign is indeed a pre-order for the record but there are tons of other items available also including men’s and women’s T-shirts, mugs, stickers, and other goodies. All of the orders do include a digital download of the album as well and you can get in on this until the January 14th shut-down at this location.
Red Mesa remains one of the best U.S. stoner rock underground bands, one with zest and abundant originality. So much so that they were a part of Ripple Music‘s highly popular ‘Second Coming Of Heavy’ Series, contributing four songs to 2016’s ‘Chapter Four’ edition.
Just in case your memory needs jarring or maybe you haven’t heard this incredible band, we’re including the Bandcamp stream of that split below.
