One of the heaviest harbingers of harrowing sludge, the U.K.’s CONAN, have announced they’ve finished recording a new album. That album, titled ‘Existential Void Guardian‘, will see the light of day from Napalm Records on August 31, 2018.
Guitarist and vocalist Jon Paul Davis states:
“Existential Void Guardian expands upon our previous lyrical and conceptual ideas. Bringing the listener’s focus from the screens of our favorite arcade machines, to the minds of the characters through whose eyes we view the 2 dimensional plane. Chris Fielding produced this album at Skyhammer Studio and we had audio wizard James Plotkin handle the mastering again. Artwork will be by Tony Roberts.”
In related news, CONAN is currently on North American soil for an extensive tour launch this week. Support on this trek provided by The Ditch And The Delta, while that is to be followed by a European tour with MONOLORD this May. Dates for both treks are below.
