From Barcelona, Spain comes news of the upcoming début from the thick riff-rich Fuzz Forward, ‘Out Of Nowhere‘. The full-length will arrive via Red Sun Records this March.
The fellas of Fuzz Forward, Juan Gil (vocalist), Jordi Vaquero (bass), and brothers Edko Fuzz (guitar) and Marc Rockenberg (drums), share their ’70s hard rock roots in their sound.
It is melded with the alternative sounds of the ’90s and the stoner rock of recent decades. These are the ingredients for a strange and exquisite mix of crushing riffs, dark melodies, and touches of space psychedelia as found on their album release.
For verification of these qualifiers, Fuzz Forward are sharing two of the tracks from the record with us today. Stream “Despairs” and “Summertime Somersaults” below, where both are currently available as NYP (Name Your Price) items.
Fuzz Forward have shared stages with acts like Sasquatch, Mammoth Mammoth, and Electric Monolith, and just wrapped up a tour with The Midnight Ghost Train. They will embark as support on a handful of upcoming treks, including ones with Långfinger (March 10 – 17) and Wedge (March 24 – 27).
