The Leeds, UK-based doom / post-metal collective known as Hundred Year Old Man has announced details of their upcoming full-length debut.
‘Breaching‘ will arrive via Gizeh Records on April 27 and is the long-play follow up to the band’s critically acclaimed ‘Rei’ EP [available now as an NYP item HERE].
A track titled “Disconnect” from the new album is streaming here today and finds HYOM further exploring ethereal atmospherics in their futuristic music. With sedate, calming underpinning that permeates the more ambient, drone sections of the song, it is a most powerful composition.
