Friday (April 6) saw the independent release of Aussie stoner / modern rock band Valhalla Lights‘ 2016 full-length, ‘My Gracious Highway‘, in North America for the first time.
Buzz on the dirty, bluesy rock band – Ange Saul (Vocals), George Christie (Guitar), Brent Crysell (Bass), and Deon Driver (Drums) – originally began with the 2015 album ‘Krypton’. At that time, Valhalla Lights was fronted by singer Phoebe Black, who tragically passed away days prior to its recording. Using Black’s pre-production vocal recordings, that album was finished posthumously.
Now, with the addition of dynamic vocalist Ange Saul, Valhalla Lights are continuing to forge the band’s legacy. Breaking into the North American market with ‘My Gracious Highway’ is a huge leap in that quest, as well as a triumphant move for the band.
‘My Gracious Highway’ is out now, streaming below and available for purchase HERE.
