After months of teases and slowly leaking tidbits of sparse information, Twisted Sister frontman Dee Snider has unveiled some details of an upcoming solo album.
It is to be titled ‘For The Love Of Metal‘ and will arrive from Napalm Records sometime in July tentatively. The recent revelations about the project revealed contributions from both Jamey Jasta (Hatebreed, Kingdom Of Sorrow) – who also serves as a producer – and Howard Jones (Light The Torch, ex-Killswitch Engage) but now we know more of guest involvements.
The additional lineup for the album includes Mark Morton (Lamb Of God), Alissa White-Gluz (Arch Enemy), Toxic Holocaust’s Joel Grind & Nick Bellmore, and Charlie Bellmore (Kingdom Of Sorrow).
Some songs on the album are titled “American Made” and “Lies Are A Business,” and Snider tells 90.3 WMSC-FM that he really didn’t expect to even make the album. You can hear those comments and more via the embed below.
