The superstar-packed rock ‘n roll outfit The Dead Daisies have just announced their plans for a North American tour, set to commence in August.
The Dead Daisies have been touring incessantly for the last few years, the latest round of which is to support their new album for Spitfire Music, Inc., ‘Burn It Down‘. The upcoming N.A. trek will launch in Cleveland, OH on August 15 and run right at a month until its conclusion in Los Angeles on September 16.
The current incarnation of The Dead Daisies is a who’s who of rockers that includes Doug Aldrich (Whitesnake, Dio), John Corabi (Mötley Crüe, The Scream), Marco Mendoza (Whitesnake, Thin Lizzy), Deen Castronovo (G//Z/R, Bad English, Journey) and David Lowy (Red Phoenix, Mink).
Another supergroup of sorts, Dizzy Reed‘s Hookers & Blow, will provide support for the entire run. The band’s roster for upcoming live appearances consists of Dizzy Reed (Guns & Roses), Alex Grossi (Quiet Riot), Robbie Crane (Black Star Riders), and Mike Dupke (ex W.A.S.P., John Mellencamp).
