Portland, Oregon’s BLACKWATER HOLYLIGHT has been rapidly rising out of the heavy rock underground since the release of their phenomenal S/T debut in April.

Accompanying it, Riff Relevant is sharing a newly-released official video from the band, for the album’s “Wave Of Conscience” track. The song is a hypnotically alluring composition, possessing strong psychedelic nuances, hazy aural textures, and engrossing vocals.
