Philadelphia’s genre-warping THE END A.D. and Singapore’s thrash act TORMENTRESS are partnering together for a unique split release.

Sermon Of Violence‘ will be a Cassette-Only offering that will arrive via Hellforced Records this August. Further information – such as release date and pre-order options – will be forthcoming. In the meantime, you can now hear an audio sample from the recording below.

TORMENTRESS

The video here contains a song from each band, the first is “Denied” from TORMENTRESS. As mentioned above, the quintet hails from Singapore and creates intensely fierce, guitar-fueled thrash metal with aggressive vocals. With over a decade of activity under their collective bullet belts, Neez (vocals), Mas (guitars), Gwen (guitars), Aniz (bass), and Tuty (drums), unleash pure sonic savagery in their music.

THE END A.D.

That song is followed by “Enemy Action” from THE END A.D., a hard-hitting heavyweight from the U.S. underground. Formed in 2014, the band has released a couple of well-received records, the latest being 2016’s ‘Scorched Earth‘.

At the heart of THE END A.D. is Lorin Savadove (Drums) and Paul Juestrich (Guitars) who, now joined by vocalist Ami Friend, are poised to make their mark with their no-holds-barred, filth rock fury.

With these sampler tracks, both bands offer powerful examples of what incendiary metal extremity that the “Sermon Of Violence” split will give music fans.
