NOLA’s nihilistic sludge monstrosity EYEHATEGOD announces they will team up with NYHC legends CRO-MAGS (again) for a run of western U.S. live dates in November.
This trek will be a continuation of at least two prior tours these two bands have aligned together for in the last year or so. EYEHATEGOD, who are celebrating their 30th anniversary in 2018, recently wrapped a U.S. tour with The Obsessed and are undertaking their first-ever South American tour at the moment.
For many fans of EHG, this will be their first opportunity to see the band since guitarist Brian Patton recently exited the long-running act. Now a four-piece comprised of vocalist Mike IX Williams, guitarist Jimmy Bower, bassist Gary Mader, and drummer Aaron Hill, EYEHATEGOD have taken on a clearly more crust-punk styling in their live presentation.
The upcoming trek will commence on November 7th in Las Vegas, Nevada, and run through November 20th in San Diego, California. Select dates on the journey will include performances with PHILIP H. ANSELMO & THE ILLEGALS; you can find all the confirmed dates listed below.
FYI – We caught up with EHG’s Mike IX Williams on the band’s earlier run with CRO-MAGS back in spring, you can check out the Riff Relevant Interview with Mike IX HERE.
